The Customer Service Representative makes sure the town provides the best service possible to the Town of Pilot Mountain citizens.

Duties Include:

 - Greeting and assisting the public
 - Answering telephone calls
 - Processing work requests and job orders as received
 - Taking care of radio correspondence between office and trucks
 - Informing the public of town functions
 - Managing the Utility Billing system
 - Assisting with Privilege licenses
 - Preparing for Board meetings
 - Issuing Zoning permits
 - Preparing and maintaining a variety of reports
