BedandBreakfast.com has announced the winners of its sixth annual

"Best of BedandBreakfast.com Awards"

for B&Bs and inns – and several North Carolina sites are among the recipients. Best of the South awards went to The Inn of the Patriots B & B in Grover, Pilot Knob Inn Bed & Breakfast in Pilot Mountain, Scenic Overlook Bed and Breakfast in Pilot Mountain and Taylor House Inn in Valle Crucis. Junior and Robin Hester of Sobotta Manor B&B in Mount Airy were among the Best Innkeepers. Winners in each of the 25 categories are selected based on a unique algorithm that scans the more than 150,000 guest reviews on the site measuring not only the number, but also the quality of reviews posted on each property listing. Additionally, the tens of thousands of reviews are individually read by judges to ensure the selection of winners.
