Pilot Mountain Public Works is responsible to the Town and it’s citizens for the operation and maintenance of the water distribution & wastewater collection systems. We maintain the grounds and right-of-ways. We are responsible for the maintenance of the streets as well as the storm drainage system. We are also responsible for clearing the snow & ice, brush, leaf & yard waste removal, meter reading, service connections and responding to work requests from citizens.

Public Works is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
