Pilot Mountain Public Works is responsible to the Town and it’s citizens for the operation and maintenance of the water distribution & wastewater collection systems . We maintain the grounds and right-of-ways . We are responsible for the maintenance of the streets as well as the storm drainage system . We are also responsible for clearing the snow & ice , brush , leaf & yard waste removal , meter reading , service connections and responding to work requests from citizens.

Public Works is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm .
