Board of Adjustment

The Pilot Mountain Board of Adjustment, is a quasi-judicial board appointed by the Pilot Mountain Board of Commissioners. The Board of Adjustment is made up of five in-town members, one of those being an alternate, and two Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) members, with one of those being an alternate. The Board of Adjustment meets as needed and makes decisions on items such as variances and special use permits. Meeting information will be posted on the Community Calendar as needed.
